This model was a SAM AWARD WINNER in 2007, and includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main and upper floors, as well as a multifunctional office. The front elevation uses mixture of white stucco exterior and dark cultured stone, and is finished with a red metal roof. Large arched windows give the space plenty of natural light, and give it a high-end feel. The cultured stone fireplace and mantle coordinate with the wall unit, which result in a highly customized look. The dark brown painted trim on the ceiling brings out the white crown moulding, and the marbleized walls tie together the various earth-toned colors used throughout.
