This model was a SAM AWARD WINNER in 2005, and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a formal dining room and a multifunctional office. The front elevation is composed of mainly cultured stone, with some stucco elements, and is finished with a red clay tile roof. The front entrance makes quite a statement with a large two-story gas fireplace surrounded by cultured stone and inlaid slate elements. The cultured stone contrasts nicely with the smooth finish of the rounded staircase. The large kitchen with natural maple cabinetry and a walk-through pantry provides plenty of storage and counter space. The master ensuite bathroom is equipped with a luxurious gas fireplace, two single vanities, a corner Jacuzzi, a shower, and a private room for the toilet.
