This custom built two-story has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The front elevation contrasts cultured stone with white stucco exterior and a red metal roof (which has a lifetime warranty, and is more durable than clay tiles). Large arched windows give the home plenty of natural light, and make it feel open and airy. 

The uniquely designed waterfall mixes cultured stone and slate, which separated the dining area to create a more intimate space. The niche with pot lighting also draws attention to the 17’ high ceilings.
