This model was a SAM AWARD FINALIST in 2006, and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The exterior is mainly dark cultured stone with white stucco accenting, and is finished with a red clay tile roof. It also has an open-concept formal dining room, adorned with floor to ceiling columns and a coffered ceiling accentuated by pot lighting. Large arched windows give a generous amount of natural light, and emphasize the tall 17’ ceilings. Columns and arched features are continued throughout the house. The kitchens and bathrooms incorporate similar natural maple cabinetry and dark granite countertops to maintain consistency. The architectural detail of the triple side-drive garage is highlighted with exterior lighting. The addition of in-floor heating gives the home warmth and luxury.
