This house was a SAM AWARD FINALIST in 2008. It has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on the main and upper floors, with a formal dining room that can also serve as an office or den. With the open concept design and the use of clean lines, the space feels modern and spacious. The house has a beautiful combination of natural maple flooring/cabinetry, and light porcelain tiles with dark granite countertops/backsplash.  Large two story niche above fireplace has coordinating marbleized detailing, and draws attention to the height of the ceilings. The front elevation is a neutral two-toned stucco exterior.
