This model was a SAM AWARD FINALIST in 2008. It includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main and upper floors, and a multifunctional office. The exterior is mainly cultured stone, which is accented by white stucco pillars. Large two-story windows adorn both the front and back of this house, and let in a generous amount of natural light, making the open concept space feel bright and inviting. In the front room there is a two-story high gas fireplace with cultured stone surround/mantle, with slate elements. There is a corresponding cultured stone wall unit with slate waterfall, which is a unique and customized feature. Throughout the house, natural maple cabinetry and flooring complements the dark granite countertops and porcelain tiles. In-floor heating gives an added touch of warmth and comfort.
